Warranty coverage includes:
• Structural defects, such as cracks, chips, or broken welds.
• Hardware Breakage.
• Material defects, such as flaking of image.
• Workmanship defects, such as improper assembly or finish.
The warranty does not cover:
• Acts of God.
• Owner Neglect: Improper maintenance or storage, such as neglect, abuse, pressure cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or extensive fading due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or weather.
• Modifications made to the furniture, such as drilling, cutting, or painting, without the written consent of the manufacturer.
Commercial Warranty: Upon Request
If you encounter a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the issue. In order to process a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the furniture. If a warranty replacement is necessary, the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the product, at its discretion.
