- HARDWARE: 20 YEARS
- FUSION IMAGE: 1 YEAR
- FABRIC: 1 YEAR
Warranty coverage includes:
- Structural defects, such as cracks, chips, or broken welds.
- Hardware Breakage.
- Material defects, such as flaking of image.
- Workmanship defects, such as improper assembly or finish.
The warranty does not cover:
- Acts of God.
- Owner Neglect: Improper maintenance or storage, such as neglect, abuse, pressure cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, or extensive fading due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or weather.
- Modifications made to the furniture, such as drilling, cutting, or painting, without the written consent of the manufacturer.
Commercial Warranty: Upon Request
If you encounter a defect covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the issue. In order to process a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the furniture. If a warranty replacement is necessary, the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the product, at its discretion.
